Weekly Workouts

In an effort to maintain balance with fitness and exercise, each week I will share my weekly workouts with you lovely people.

Keep in mind, I am not training for anything and don’t own a scale but can usually tell where I am based on how my clothes fit.  For reference, I am a little over 5’1 and have an athletic body type, I’ve always been able to gain muscle easily. Like any girl, I care about looking good naked haha (too honest?).

Oh and I have fitness ADD, I love it all! I like the tiny pulses and burn from barre as much as I enjoy throwing a kettlebell around and doing burpees. Weird, right? Check out my schedule or join me in NYC for a class, work out dates are the best!
